Volunteer for St. Joseph Ngarenaro Secondary School in Tanzania
St. Joseph Ngarenaro Secondary School aims to provide quality education to the girls that attend along with positive morals and values. St. Joseph Ngarenaro Secondary Girls School needs volunteers to share ideas, abilities and talents by interacting with the staff and students. Helping to make interactive/hands-on displays and activities in the science subjects and helping to be a good role model to the girls.
Volunteers can assist by doing the following tasks:
Teaching various subjects
Tutoring programs
Sports
Drama
Music Activities
Other extracirricular Activities
Volunteer should be a good role model for the girls (attitude, morals and conservative clothing) Catholic Faith Preference of Female Teacher due to being a girls only school,
Self-Starter Good Role Model Willing to think outside “the box” to develop more interactive ways of learning
Volunteers must be of age 18 or above with minimum education of Undergraduation.This placement does not need any volunteers in the month of Jan and Dec. Volunteers with the following special skills are preferred for the placement:- Teacher – Math
Teacher – Science
Computers – MS Office Software
Soccer
Educational Games

Manufactures include textiles, beverages, processed foods, plastics, and electronic equipment. In Jan., 1967, President Julius Nyerere of Tanzania issued the influential Arusha Declaration, which called for socialism, hard work, and self-reliance in Tanzania. Arusha is also the site of an institute devoted to research in tropical pesticides. It is also well known as an African congress centre and the International Tribunal for the Ruandese genocide.
